STOW SPLIT was born from a long-standing dedication to specialty coffee and the belief that how something is made matters as much as the result.

Led by barista Matej Šerer, STOW Split is not built around trends or speed, but around precision, repetition, and respect for the craft. Every detail — from sourcing and preparation to service — follows a clear standard.

In a city where coffee is deeply rooted in daily life, STOW Split offers a different approach: one that invites people to slow down, pay attention, and experience coffee with intention.

The coffee served at STOW Split is sourced from STOW COFFEE ROASTERS, allowing full focus on quality, transparency, and consistency in every cup.
